OUR LOCAL PRODUCTS

At Fattoria Celle, tradition and excellence come together in every product. Our estate produces extra virgin olive oil, carefully cold-pressed and unfiltered to preserve all its natural aromas and properties.

 

Our vineyards yield red wines from Sangiovese and Merlot, white wines from Chardonnay, and the celebrated Vin Santo, with grapes left to dry naturally on traditional racks. Every harvest and pruning is done entirely by hand, respecting the rhythms of nature.

The farm also nurtures pigs, ducks and other domestic animals, while the surrounding woods are home to wild boars, roe deer, fallow deer and other wildlife, reflecting our deep commitment to sustainable farming and harmony with the environment.
